Studio Pricing
All our viewing studios feature two fixed cameras (wide-angle and close-up), are fully air conditioned and come equipped with flip-charts, clipboards, pads, wireless internet access (available throughout the building) and CD and DVD playback facilities.
All prices include:
- Digital audio & DVD recording
- Dedicated hostess
- Coffee, tea, squash, biscuits and nibbles
- Reasonable use of our photocopier, telephone and computer

Evening Groups (5-11pm)
- Single Group, less than 2 hours | £495

Daytime Depths
* There is a minimum daytime studio charge of £400. An allowance of half an hour is given before and after a group booking. Any period of time between groups greater than one hour will be charged at a rate of £60 per hour or part thereof until 5pm.

Terms & Conditions
All prices exclude VAT. Payment terms are strictly 28 days from the date of invoice and are subject to VAT.
The Look Inn will accept no liability for delays or postponements caused by, or as a result of, adverse weather conditions, power cuts, industrial action or any other reason beyond the control of The Look Inn.
The Look Inn will accept no liability for loss or damage to clients’ property or stored materials, vehicles or their contents. Clients should ensure their own insurance covers articles stored on our premises.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will apply to all confirmed bookings cancelled within the following periods:
- 4 working days or less: 100%
- 5 – 10 working days: 50%
Working days are defined as a full standard working day of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). For example, cancelling on a Monday for a Friday booking constitutes four working days.
Postponed bookings are subject to negotiation.
